Sleeveless polo tops were very popular in the sixties. They give a striking form to the neck and torso and they're a lovely way to show off arm definition. Whether teamed with a skirt or pants, the sleeveless polo necked top is a winner.
Now I'd like to explore Victoria's skirt/culottes. I am pretty sure she is wearing culottes which have been quite popular this year and will be again next year. I couldn't afford Victoria's in a pink fit but I bet I can find some wonderful sewing patterns of culottes.
I prefer culottes to look like a skirt. When I was nursing, I wore them with a flap down the front and they were tailored thus, that from behind, it looked more like a seam (when standing still and upright)!
Here are a couple of photos of vintage patterns, the first of which is no longer available:

So, now to the boots Victoria is wearing! I love shoes and I haven't got enough. Clear synthetic heeled shoes were around in the sixties because I've seen them on my wanderings!
These shoes are priceless! Probably made from lucite and they are to die for:
These shoes below look as though they're late sixties to me but there they are again, those clear lucite heals.
